Refund policy
We know your time is important and so is ours. We do not provide refunds sorry. If you need to change your booking, please give us at least 12 hours notice via text or email. If you do not arrive within 15min of your booking time, we will cancel your booking and retain the deposit. If there is an issue with a service we have provided, please contact us within a week to discuss and we will do our best to help.
